Use this quick guide for best use.
HOW TO USE
Mix one stick with 10-16oz of water.
Formulated with flavors from real fruit - our flavor profile is subtle compared to most electrolytes powders on the market.
With other brands - overpowering flavors allow you to use one stick per 32-64oz, however this won't work with LYTES.
You'll still get the same amount of electrolytes per stick (no matter the amount of water you use), but the flavor will be heavily diluted.
Use this measuring guide and adjust to your liking:
10 - 16 oz. water = 1 stick
16 - 32 oz. water = 2 sticks
32 - 64 oz. water = 3 to 4 sticks
WHEN TO USE
Any time, every day.
With a versatile no sugar, no carb formula - LYTES can be used at any time of the day depending on your needs.
Here's some examples:
Time | Why |
Morning (1) | Your body excretes sodium overnight during your nightly fast. Drink electrolytes in the morning to replenish your supply and start the day strong. |
Morning (2) | If you're a heavy coffee/tea drinker in the morning or throughout the day - high amounts of caffeine can help deplete your potassium, sodium, and magnesium levels. Drinking electrolytes before your morning cup of joe can counterbalance the effects of your caffeine. |
Pre Workout | Sodium and electrolytes before a workout can give you an energy boost and help your body maintain proper fluid balance to prevent dehydration, reduce cramps, and delay fatigue. |
Intra Workout | Heavy sweaters, endurance athletes, and those training in hot environments or over a prolonged amount of time (60-90 minutes) will lose higher amounts of essential minerals and electrolytes. LYTES can be used intra workout to replace these. |
Post Workout | Electrolytes post workout can replenish what was lost and support rehydration, muscle recovery, reduced cramping, and nutrient transport. |

HOW MANY STICKS A DAY
1-4 sticks per day, depending on your needs.
Each serving contains 1,000mg of sodium from pink Himalayan salt.
Newer studies show that the sweet spot for sodium intake sits at about 4-6g per day. Use LYTES to supplement your natural diet and replenish your systems based on your training needs.
