SUPPORTS MUSCULAR ENDURANCE DURING HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
A non-essential amino acid, beta alanine is naturally produced in the body and a precursor to carnosine, a compound that regulates lactic acid build to delay muscle fatigue and increase work output, especially during high intensity training.
Higher carnosine levels work to regulate lactic acid build up which delays muscle fatigue and helps them perform at higher levels for extended periods of time. Studies suggest supplementing with 2-5g per day will improve muscular endurance and strength, reduce fatigue, and delay doms.
Studies show that beta alanine increases carnosine levels in the muscles. Carnosine plays an important role in muscular endurance by reducing lactic acid build up in the muscles to fight fatigue, improve strength, increase endurance, and reduce muscle soreness.
Mix one serving with 8oz of your drink of choice. Supplement with 2-5g per day for best results.
Beta-alanine can be taken by itself or added to your protein, electrolytes or intra workout.
