The joy of giving: gifts, and gains...holiday weight gains that is. YIKES!
With holiday parties and cookie trays around every corner...the struggle to stay disciplined is real!

But what's the fun of the holidays if you can't indulge...just a little anyways?
Low and behold we've got a sweet tooth indulgence that will satisfy your cravings on a chilly winter night, while keeping your goals in mind and your gains (gym gains not pant size gains) on track.
