INGREDIENTS
FRUIT JUICE GUMMIES
- 1 scoop ATH Collagen
- 1 1/4 cup Fresh Fruit Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 4 Tbsp. Beef Gelatin
JELL-O GUMMIES
- 1 scoop ATH Collagen
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Jell-O Powder
- 4 Tbsp. Beef Gelatin
DIRECTIONS
FRUIT JUICE COLLAGEN GUMMIES
- In a medium pot, heat fruit juice and honey until steam appears.
- Add ATH Collagen to the fruit juice and honey mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined well.
- Add Gelatin (1 tablespoon at a time) to the fruit juice mixture and whisk until Gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Transfer liquid to gummy molds and place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to allow the gelatin to harden.
JELL-O COLLAGEN GUMMIES
- In a medium pot, heat water and Jell-O powder until steam appears.
- Add ATH Collagen to the Jell-O mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined well.
- Add Gelatin (1 tablespoon at a time) to the Jell-O mixture and whisk until Gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Transfer liquid to gummy molds and place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to allow the gelatin to harden.
